Rules and Regulations:
1. All entries in the parade must be at the Arthur Public School before 6:30 PM in order to be judged, please be on time. Judging: 6:30 P.M. Friday, September 9th 2011.
2. Parade begins at 7:00 P.M. Sharp from the Public School Grounds, Conestoga Street exit.
3. No Articles and/or Candies, etc to be thrown from the floats while in the parade; HAND OUTS ONLY!
4. No Extra riders on tractors; please observe Farm Safety rules when operating machinery.

1. Best Decorated float for a Family or Clan.
2. Best Decorated Commercial/Business float
3. Best Decorated Church/School Float
4. Best Decorated Organization or Association Float.
5. Classic motor vehicle, owner′s name, model & year visibly displayed.
6. Best Float decorated to the theme of the Fall Fair.

Motorized Vehicles - Prizes: $10.00; $8.00; $5.00
6. Antique Tractors (pre 1960) owner's name, model & year visibly displayed
7. Motor vehicle (prior to 1960) owner's name, model & year visibly displayed
8. Classic motor vehicle, owner's name, model & year visibly displayed
9. Decorated Child's Motorized Vehicle (ages 10-18)
10. Decorated Lawn Mower advertising "Lawn and Garden Tractor Pull" at the fair (ages10 and up)
11. Fair Ambassadors Contestants - best decorated.

Space will be provided at the Fair Grounds to display classic & antique cars & antique tractors etc.

Animal's - Prizes: $10.00; $8.00; $5.00
12. Best dressed horse or pony and rider (rider 14 years & under)
13. Best dressed horse or pony and rider (rider 15 years & over)
14. Best decorated horse drawn vehicle

Children's Parade - 12 years and under - Prizes: $5.00; $4.00; $3.00; $2.00Rules: 1. No Entry Fee 2. Please Be on Time 3. Animals must be on a leash or in a crate or cage

15. Best dressed costume for the theme of "an old fashion day"
16. Best dressed cartoon character, nursery rhyme or action figure costume
17. Best decorated child's bicycle or tricycle (child must accompany in costume)
18. Best costumed parent and child with wagon, cart or stroller
19. Best costumed pet and owner
20. Best costume not part of a category above
